The Pre-Hearing Conference was held
on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 28, 9AM

The Pre-Conference Hearing started about fifteen minutes behind schedule because there wasn't a Court Reporter on the line.  The good news is that there were more than 84 calls on the line (up from 50+ last week, and up from 25+ in 2021), suggesting that support is growing for getting the Gas Expansion Plant moved somewhere else besides the Corner of Sproul and Cedar Grove Roads.  The bad news is that the Administrative Law Judge (ALJ) did  not seem receptive to having an Environmental Impact Review that is more stringent than another round of "Dueling Experts". 

Without going into the ugly details, it seems as if MarpleSafe is going need a lot of legal and environmental experts, so any assistance is more than welcome.  If you can, or if you know of anyone who can, assist in getting some expert legal and/or environmental assistance, that would be great.  If you can provide financial assistance, please see our DONATE page.  If you or someone you know would like to distribute flyers in the neighborhoods, that would also be helpful.
