No, there won't be a meeting of PECO and the Marple Zoning Hearing Board on November 4th

Picture
On October 25th, PECO filed petitions with the PA Commonwealth Court to overrule Judge Whelan’s remand, thereby preventing the November 4th hearing.

Remember,  on August 27th, Judge John Whelan  remanded (sent back) the case to the Marple Zoning Hearing Board (MZNB), to “supplement the record and introduce evidence” that would then be submitted to the DelCo Court.  This hearing at the MZHB was to occur on November 4th, at 7PM, in the Marple Administration Building.  Apparently, PECO does not want that to happen, so they have appealed to the Commonwealth Court to prevent that new evidence from being admitted to the DelCo court.  Depending on the outcome of the Commonwealth Court case, the November 4th meeting is either postponed with no new date, temporarily cancelled, or permanently cancelled.
