PECO sues Marple Zoning Board in DelCo Court
On December 18, 2020, PECO filed papers in the Delaware County Court of Common Pleas, hoping that a successful lawsuit would overturn the recent decision by the Marple Township Zoning Hearing Commission, which denied PECO's request for a Special Exception to local zoning ordinances.
As of March 5, 2021, there has been no movement on the case, but lawyers representing the Marple Zoning Hearing Board and the Marple Board of Commissioners are preparing to defend the Zoning Board's decision.
